He hired a drone pilot and professional photographer to take amazing pictures of my place for listing, ran social media campaigns to market it, and even ran a commercial on tv for it. Open houses basically every weekend. He checked on my place and took care of household annoyances for me since I had to leave the state for a new job. He's young, clean, well-mannered, very pleasant to be around, and hungry for success and that means getting your place sold. What more could you ask for, honestly?
